SCRAM PEST CONTROL 
Kim is a lifesaver!! She cleared up my ant problem so quickly. She really knows her business. She was thorough and very conscience of my elderly mother and pets when treating my house.
Being new to georgia, we had a lot to learn! Some of these bugs and critters we had never seen before, just don’t have them in new Hampshire. Kim has been wonderful in educating us and keeping our home free of pests. Saw an enormous spider outside and I called Kim and she calmed me down and explained it was a harmless garden spider, and offered to come over if I was too freaked out!!. Always available to answer any questions, she has been wonderful and does an awesome job. I very highly recommend scram pest control 😊😉

Kim was recommended by a friend to take care of my ant problem, those little ants were everywhere, driving me crazy!! She was booked up when I called, but was able to work me in in a day or two, I was very happy with the way she explained my options and assured me my little dog would be safe with the products she used. She was very thorough and told me that I would see many ants for a little while but not to squash them!! (very hard to do by the way) she was right but they were gone within a few hours and I have not seen one ant, spider or any other bug in my house since! (except for a couple dead or near dead ones) She called and text me several times to make sure everything was okay. She is a real sweetheart and she sure knows how to deal with those pesky little ants! Just give her a call!
Kim was wonderful! She is affordable and she takes her time to inspect every detail. She makes sure at the time of service that you have a clear understanding and it really helps put your mind at ease.
I used Scram Pest Control for the first time today Kim was outstanding!!!! Her honesty,insight, knowledge, and professionalism gave me great confidence in her and her company. Although I missed the initial appointment time she kindly re-scheduled and came back on the same day.

First time I used scram was last week and I gotta tell you very impressed! Kim came out on Tuesday and sprayed and exterminated and no bugs… Im very greatful to her for solving this problem… Kim is a honest, reasonable, Christian lady and does a very good job… Thanks KIM!
I, along with my wife and 5 year old daughter, recently were relocated to the McDonough area due to my job. The hassel of moving to a new city, enrolling my daughter into a new school, and getting adjusted to a totally different routine than I was accustomed to is stressful enough. To those who have moved recently, I am sure you share my frustation and stress level. Scram Pest Control came out and treated my house. Normally this is where the story would end in time past. However, Kim showed a personal touch by following up with me about various issues, concerns, and needs I may have had. Kim was completely professioal and very knowledgable about her craft. Not having to second guess whether my daughter will get bitten by a spider while sleeping in her bedroom helps me to sleep at ease. I am new to the area and called Scram Pest Control to start a quarterly service. Kim came the same day I called and took care of a lot of spiders that were driving me crazy in my new home (it had been sitting empty awhile). She really knows her stuff and is very professional. She was even was nice to my pets despite their best efforts to scare her with their barking. haha. Very happy with her service. Highly recommend Scram, support your local business owners!

My husband and I love having Kim take care of our home. We met Kim in 1996 and have used her quarterly pest control service ever since. It’s remarkable to me how she has been able to single-handedly manage her business, without fail, over the course of 17 years! Kim is always on time, knowledgeable, thorough, and personable. Kim is so sweet and definitely the BEST pest control we have used. She takes time to explain things and takes extra care to make sure our toddler stays safe and our home stays bug free. She does follow up phone calls and always let us know she was available if we had any issues. She is very personable and even gave us a sweet cards on the holidays. We will miss you in Texas!

Kim is such a wonderful lady! She is always there if you need her. She has been exterminating my moms house for years and now she is exterminating my house. When we moved in we had issues with spiders (Eeek), I talked to Kim and she came over at her next available appointment for treatment and gave us suggestions to rid ourselves of the spiders. We haven’t had any issues with them since. I would recommend her to anybody I know or don’t know. She’s awesome 🙂
Mrs.Kim goes beyond the call to take care of her clients’ needs. Not only is she a well informed person when it comes to exterminating needs, she is a local person that lives in the area and most of all, she cares about her customers.

I have known Kim for a while and when I moved into our new home I knew exactly who I would call. I know that moving boxes and stuff can make a new move a nightmare. Kim came before I moved in and called to check on things shortly after we moved in. She responded quickly to my phone calls and explained things very well. Kim has been my “bug lady” for years and has always been professional, pleasant and so easy to contact if there is a problem. She is always on time with her appointments which is so important to me. I consider her one of my dear friends and enjoy her visits. I highly recommend Scram Pest Control and have given her name to some of my friends who have had bad experiences with other pest control companies.
I used Scram for the first time this month after reading such great reviews on Google. I was impressed by how professional and courteous Kim was! She listened to what problem we were having (ant explosion!!), and she thoroughly explained her process and what would happen. She made the whole process convenient, even though both me and my husband work out of town, and she even made sure that my dog was safe during and after her visit. She called and texted several times after the visit to give me tips on pest control prevention, and just to follow up! And…the best part of all is…no bugs!! I highly recommend Kim and Scram Pest Control. You won’t be disappointed!

I don’t know how long I’ve known Kim but I feel more like her friend than a customer. And of course my house has remained vitually bug free. A couple of times I’ve had ant explosions, through no fault of hers, and each time she’s been there immediatly to help me solve my problems in less than 24 hours! Kim really knows her bugs and SCRAM is the best!
We have used Kim for many years, after having other pest control companies who did not solve our problems. She uses methods that those companies never used. She is very professional and conscientious. She doesn’t just kill the bugs; she gives you great advice on how to prevent problems in the future. Kim uses the most up-to-date methods and procedures. She is readily available for emergency situations, such as when we were overtaken by ants. We trust her completely and highly recommend her!
I started using Scram about 3 years ago when I had an issue at my barn (yes, barn!!). My sister-in-law referred me to Kim. She has been treating my house every month since that time and I have not had any further issues!! She is very diligent and always gives us a day’s notice when she will be coming by and I trust her completely in my home! She really cares about what she does and goes above and beyond my expectations!!

We’ve been using Scram Pest Control for more than 8 or 9 years. Kim has a work ethic that’s out of this world. But, the thing that sets her apart from others is Kim just being Kim. She’s a person who loves God, her family, people and pets. Quick story…we own a parrot and he loved going outside in the evenings. One evening we went outside to find wasps. I called Kim to ask what to do. She dropped everything and came to Buzz’s rescue. No more wasps. However; she and Buzz do have a special relationship. He loves when she comes to visit. So, needless to say Kim’s not just our bug lady…she part of our family!

We have been customers of Kim and Scram Pest Control sense 2006. We moved and the house had a serious problem with roaches. Kim went above and beyond and found the problem areas, treated them and has kept our home maintained and bug free ever sense. We wouldnt consider having anyone else in our home. Just wanted to say what an awesome person Kim is……..I have been with Scram Pest Control for however long she has been out on her own. She was my “bug lady” even before she started her own business. She will make every effort to correct any problem I have, especially with the ant problems with have had. She will rearrange her schedule just so she can come out to your house and “fix” the problem…….(even spraying for the spiders in the garage!!). Keep up the GREAT work and see you next month.

I have been a client of Kim’s for years now. I wouldn’t have any other pest service for my house and family. Not only is she always professional, but she is thorough. She has helped me with everything from ants to wintertime mice.
